Eki Rent-A-Car System Co., Ltd. 5. Places where we store personal data

Our company, group companies and external partners that process your personal data store the data on a server located in Japan. We will protect your personal data by taking appropriate measures in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.

After the purpose of processing is accomplished, personal data collected from you will be properly deleted, disposed of, or anonymized so that you can not be identified, in accordance with the rules of personal data processing we have established.
