Can I rent a car without making a reservation?
Renting a car without a reservation is possible, but we may be unable to arrange a car of your choice, or take extra time to prepare your car. We recommend that you make a reservation in advance.
Can I reserve by phone?
We do not accept reservations by phone. Please use this website to make a reservation.
Clicking the link on the "Reservation Form URL E-mail" does not bring me to the Reservation Form Screen. What should I do?
If clicking the "Reservation Form URL" does not bring you to the Reservation Form Screen , please copy the entire "Reservation Form URL" to the address bar of your browser and press the Enter key.
*If you do not access the Reservation Request Form Screen within 60 minutes of the arrival of the "Reservation Form URL E-mail", the Reservation Form Screen will no longer be valid. A new "Reservation Form URL E-mail" needs to be issued if the link on the former E-mail has become invalid.
What is the deadline for making a reservation?
Reservations are accepted up to 3 hours before the preferred pickup time. However, pleaase note that if you make a reservation at or after 6 p.m. of the day before pickup (including same-day reservations), you may only pick up your car starting 11:00 a.m. on the pickup day.
*Reservations with a pickup time earlier than 11:00 a.m. will not be accepted unless you complete your reservation through the "Reservation Form URL E-mail" by 6 p.m. on the previous day.
Reservations are accepted up to noon of the day before the pickup day.
Can I make an online reservation for two or more cars?
We do not accept an online reservation for multiple cars. Please make a separate reservation for each car. In this case, please add a number or alphabet after your name in the Furigana (phonetic reading) field to ensure that your reservations are not processed as an overlap error.
Do I need to present any documents at the office on the day of pickup?
Please present the passports of everyone who will be driving, along with an International Driver's License or any other documents certifying that you may drive in Japan. Please see the "Driver's License" page for details.
Please also have your credit card ready, as we can only accept credit card payments.
Do you offer one-way rentals?
We do offer one-way rentals, but a separate one-way charge will apply if the distance between the pickup and drop-off locations (calculated based on main routes designated by the company) exceeds 50 km.
One-way option is not available between Hokkaido and Honshu, Shikoku, or Kyushu. Certain other offices may neither be able to offer this option.

What is your policy on gasoline charge?
Customers are asked to pay for gasoline charge. Gas will be full upon pickup. Please return the car with the gas full.
What should I do if I want to extend the drop-off time after pickup?
Please make sure to contact the pickup office and obtain approval. We may not necessarily be able to meet your request depending on our operational circumstances. If you go pass the drop-off time without obtaining approval, accidents that happen after the scheduled drop-off time will not be covered by your insurance.
If your drop-off time has been extended upon approval, you will be asked to pay for the extension fee at the return office.
What should I do if I want to change the return location after pickup?
Please make sure to contact the pickup office and obtain approval. We may not necessarily be able to meet your request depending on our operational circumstances.
Any differences in the one-way charge that results from an approved switch of return locations will be settled at the return location.
